I recently had the pleasure of working with Melanie at Grahams Jewellers to design a custom engagement ring, and I couldn't be happier with the experience and the final product.
From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, taking the time to understand my vision for the ring. Their expertise was evident, and I felt confident in their recommendations.
Once the ring was completed, I was amazed by the craftsmanship. The attention to detail was impeccable, and the final product exceeded my expectations. It sparkled beautifully, and my partner was absolutely astonished when I proposed.

My fiancé and I recently visited the store to look for wedding rings. He was hoping to design a yellow-gold custom band with a pigeon blood ruby. We provided all our information and details about what we were looking for, but unfortunately the experience felt dismissive from the start. We were looked at as though we didn’t belong there, and we weren’t allowed to try on rings like we have been able to in other stores. When I showed my engagement ring, the associate brushed it off. We also never received the follow-up email or call we were told to expect.
It’s disappointing, as we came in ready to make a purchase. Thankfully, during our trip to Thailand we found exactly what we were looking for.
We will be going elsewhere to have our ring made.

We walked in off the street while window shopping with 3 teenage kids. The owner Mr. Chadwick, treated us like gold even though we didn’t purchase anything. What a welcoming vibe from a locally owned shop. I highly recommend this store for customer service alone. They also have a large variety of rings and other jewelry and the option for customized rings.

I took an extremely special-to-me pair of pearl earrings to Graham's Jewellers for a post rebuild about a year ago. Unfortunately, I was not happy with the initial outcome. When I returned to discuss my concerns, the owner Melanie went above and beyond to make things right.
It is my understanding that they have switched gold-smiths so my initial experience and possibly some of the previous negative repair-related reviews may have been due to a previous gold-smith. I am very pleased with the outcome from the new gold-smith.
I am especially pleased with how Melanie handled my concern. It is inevitable that things go wrong sometimes, even with a reputable business. What matters most is the way the business handles themselves in hard situations like mine.
Melanie was patient, made regular contact to give me updates and asked for my input along the way to be sure things were resolved to my satisfaction. While I would take back my old earrings if I could, Melanie's resolution was a generous and best-possible alternative showing that she really cares and wants her customers to be happy.
I am happy that I can call Graham's my go-to jeweler going forward. It's a nice bonus that they are a locally owned and operated business.

I used Graham's Jewellers for 2 different services and each time they delivered an amazing service and results. Going from gold to white gold on my great grandpa ring, multiples repairs and diamond replacement on an engagement & wedding while upgrading to a real and larger diamond. Price was very competitive comparing to People's and I can't say enough. Very Happy
