This store has so much potential, but unfortunately is so out of touch with their pricing that it’s not even worth the visit. This is very reflective with the amount of stock and furniture they currently have in the shop…..it’s bursting!! It would be great if the mindset of the management moved from “competitive pricing” as you’ve noted below in your responses, to other reviews, to…….we receive all this inventory for free and if we price it lower, then it will actually sell, and overall be better for the charity. Moving product, means making money. Seems like missed opportunities.

Fantastic communication from
The get-go to arrange a same-day pick-up while clearing out an estate. Very personable movers and honest and clear direction as to what they could take and not. Very very helpful during a high-stress week. Thank you.

Focus seems more thrift store than building supplies. The main area seems to be organized but the outside yard was terrible with just alot of junk. Particle board cabinets left in the rain. A neat display near the front is quite cool, stuff they could sell with old signs and oddball stuff that collectors might pay a decent price for.
Maybe this store should dump the particle board and ratty couches and focus on ecclectic memorabillia. Soneone there has a flair for it. Sell it!

Stunned by the assertion that they have the same prices as big box stores. I spent an hour looking around and was amazed at the deals, cleanliness and organization. Plus they do incredible work in our community. I'm glad they have a no haggle policy... though I'm amazed anyone would think it appropriate to haggle with a volunteer run, non-profit community housing provider. Do you haggle at the Sally Ann too??? 🤦 Check this place out....Something for everyone. They even have a seniors discount on Weds.
