I shop at Source for Sports as often as I can, but this was my first experience with this location , and I can only say that I am very happy! I did an online order and was calling simply to inform them that my daughter would be picking it up on her way to her softball tournament. They immediately understood that the tournament was going to be in Campbell River and offered to send the shoes to that location to make it easier for her. Not only that, but when there was a power outage, they ferried the shoes back-and-forth between stores just in case she needed to pick them up earlier. In this day and age that is above and beyond, any service, I would’ve expected. THANK YOU!

Absolutely impressed with the level of customer service at this store. We had a young man by the name of Bryan (Spelling?) who walked us through a complete purchase of all goalie equipment needed for the upcoming season for our 7 year old son. Bryan was knowledgeable, professional and didn’t make us parents feel out of place as he taught us about the gear as our son was switching from player to goalie. We were totally out of our element and Bryan made sure we understood each piece of equipment and took the time to fit our son - we will only be shopping at this store going forward!

Great Experience at Happy’s!
I bought a fitted hat from Happy’s yesterday (May 30th). It had been a while since I last bought a fitted hat, but the staff member who helped me was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain sizing and fit, to ensure I got the right one.

Stopped in to get my skates sharpened for this weekend‘s walrus tournament. Haven’t been in the shop in many years and the two men that helped me were fantastic. Dillan was super helpful and recommended with skates and getting them heat fit again and Bryan hooked up a repair on my hockey helmet in a matter of five minutes. Great Service boys.
