I have used Harbour Air several times. Ive always received great customer service and the pilots are always friendly. Yesterday I went from Vancouver to Comox and we even seen whales. Beautiful scenery even on a wet cloudy day. Complimentary parking in Comox for Harbour Air customers. Such a great perk !!

A surprise highlight of my vacation, sat up front in the Single Otter like an excited child, with Rob flying, and talked like absolute aviation nerds for the entire journey (workload permitting...). Loved it. Approach into Vancouver was quite special.

I’ve spent a lot of money having parcels shipped through harbour air. Today, was expecting a parcel from Vancouver to Courtney and there is only 2 times it can come and I needed it in the morning. They just left it in Vancouver, forgot to send it. How does that happen? we got out bed early to drive and get it also. Very disappointed they dropped the ball on this. No offer for any compensation either.

Highly professional pilots who fly in many different weather conditions. All staff friendly and courteous and the flight itself is very scenic and enjoyable (Comox to Vancouver).

I had an incredible experience on the scenic tour over Vancouver yesterday - made even better by being able to sit up the front with pilot Mike 🤩 it was a huge tick off my bucket list, I thoroughly enjoyed it from start to finish and would recommend it to anyone who wants to admire Vancouver from above - 10/10!
