I hired Heather as a realtor for buying my new duplex, and I came out on top over four other bidders through her advice on offer price and introductory letter. I then sold my condo through her as well. I am overjoyed with the prices I got from both of these, and Heather make the process to simple on my end. Though I now have my permanent home, should something happen and I need to buy or sell again, Heather will be the realtor I phone to make it happen.
