Cute little restaurant. The owner is really nice and he didn’t lie when he said that he makes a fabulous margarita. We found the food to be just okay and unfortunately not really worth the price - we ordered steak fajitas and the beef stir fry. While I see the charm of this place, I don’t really see the value. What you see in the photo was $30/dish! However, I’d give it another shot and order different items next time.

Same thoughts as another reviewer, the food was good not great, the portions were smaller than what I would expect paying what was a considerable amount. Javier was a very nice man and very personable... It's not somewhere I'd go if I had appetite or interested in complex or strong flavour. Service was wonderful.

The authentic Javier's Latin cuisine Restaurant is incredible. Would recommend to anyone that's looking for homemade good quality food made with love!
Can't wait to come back and try new things on their menu. (I had the pulled beef this time and it was very good!)

Delicious food! Everything made from scratch. Very friendly service. Great vegan options! We loved everything. Especially all of their plantain dishes. Fun and colourful atmosphere. Great for a date night or a dinner out with friends or family.

Absolutely some of the most delicious food I had in my life! I had the Mexican street tacos, which was not a big portion, but the flavour was immense.
I travel a lot and this place is outstanding, I will be back bringing 10 friends! 🤩🤩🤩 I only wished I had eaten here before so many times! Gluten-free by default and lots of dairy-free options. I even had room for delicious gluten-free dairy-free fried plantain for dessert with agave syrup subbed for the chocolate and whip. Yummy!! 😋
No wonder they won so many awards!
