Although he was away when we ultimately made our purchase, he made sure we were connected with someone he trusted and we were able to get our home with as little stress as possible. I am now happily relocated to my lovely newer home, in a senior’s community thanks to the dedicated perseverance of my realtor John Sheehan. I met John, when he was recommended to me, to sell my large and somewhat outdated home, in a falling market. He took me through steps of preparing to sell, and always kept me updated on marketing trends in my area. I had been in my home for over 30 years, so there was a lot of work to be done. John was always friendly and encouraging me that it will all happen, and that I was doing fine. I knew pretty much, where I wanted to relocate, and John kept a watchful eye on the area, informing me of any new listings. Then, it did all happen. John sold my home, worked hard at getting me a fair price, and shortly after, found my future dream home in my chosen location. Thank you John, for a job well done.
