I don’t like to report bad experiences, but I hope to prevent this from happening to someone else. Please do not take family jewelry to Ross. I took my grandmother's engagement ring in for new tips. It took three weeks to get the ring back in pieces and I ended up going elsewhere. First, I was told there was an issue with the solder and it would take another week and cost more. I hear nothing back so I call during business hours. He calls the next day, says it should be ready. I go in to get it and he tells me he can’t find the ring. I call later that day and he tells me he broke the diamond, but he can order a new one and make me a pendant with the diamond. It will take an additional two weeks. Long story short, I collected the pieces and went elsewhere. It turned out there was a very small “chip” on the edge of the diamond which may or may not have already existed. It was not broken. I am not sure if he was trying to sell me a new diamond. I took the ring to a different jeweller. I got all the tips changed with zero issues. They reset the diamond to align the tips to hide the chip. The ring looks brand new and I had it back within a week. The whole experience with Ross was so stressful because the communication was very poor. I am sure he is good with making his own jewelry but I would never take personal items to him.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. My fiancé and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the service, speed, and skill provided! My fiancé wanted a slight adjustment made to an engagement ring that they had in stock, and the jeweller Ross was kind enough to complete the change quickly and deliver it to him (an hour and a half away from the store mind you) the following day. Ross was even able to resize my grandmothers ring to be used as my wedding band, and add a hammered finish to my grandfathers ring for my fiancé to use as his wedding band. We were absolutely shocked and thrilled when Ross made a special trip to meet us at his shop, and finished the rings off before end of business day to make sure we wouldn’t have to leave town without them.
This jewelry has soul! Our rings truly feel one of a kind. 10/10 vibes, you won’t regret your purchases here 🤍. Thank you guys so much, we will treasure our rings forever!

Ross did a wonderful job resizing my Grandmother's engagement ring for me. I'm so happy with it!! Above par service! And wonderful people! Very grateful!

My wife and I eloped on a Sunday. We weren't even going to get rings, but changed our minds at the last minute.
The previous Friday, 4 PM we exhaust the big name shops in town because my finger was too big for anything in stock. I called Jules' and they said they were open to have a look.
They had something for my wife in her size but nothing for me. I found a bracelet with a hammered finish I liked.
Ross made me a ring and delivered both of them to me Sunday afternoon just in time to go to the ceremony.
It still needed a few finishing touches afterwards, and it did take a little while to get it back to me, BUT the guys got a life, business and who knows how many other commitments and he squeezed my commission in for exactly when it was needed.
That makes it one of the top five businesses of all I've dealt with in the CV.

The worst person that I ever had to do business with! I didn’t even want to give him one star. In February 2022 I dropped off my own gold and diamonds and sapphires to be made into two rings to honour my deceased husband. It is almost December 2023 and I am still waiting. It has been 22 months and all that is happened is he has returned Diamonds and sapphires For one of the rings and has guaranteed me that he will complete the first ring. That was a year ago and I am still waiting.!!! I text him every month to remind him of what I am waiting for and lately I don’t even get any responses to my texts!!! I am wondering now if he even has any of the gold and diamonds that I had left with him for this ring or has it mysteriously vanished. I do not recommend anyone dealing with this jewellery store.!!!!
