Work was done quickly and efficiently. Kyle is very easy to communicate with and the guys were very friendly. Heat pump was just installed today but it seems great so far. I wouldn’t hesitate to have work done by Kyle and his team again!

I spoke with a number of contractors when looking to change from a gas furnace to a heat pump. I went with KL Mechanical, because of owner Kyle’s timely response, obvious knowledge and experience and awesome customer service. He answered all my questions and put my mind completely at ease with the changeover. It wasn’t an easy decision, as I was pretty attached to my gas furnace, so Kyle’s no-pressure attitude really helped. The heat pump is working great and I love the smart technology that I can operate from my phone, if and when I want. It will come in handy when I’m away and want a warm home to return to. The install team were all highly qualified, super nice guys who knew what they were doing and did it well. I was given a thorough overview of the system’s thermostat before they left and felt immediately confident. It’s pretty intuitive and easy to operate. I also received instructions on keeping the unit maintained and changing the filter. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend KL Mechanical.

First-rate experience from start to finish!
Kyle and his team were professional, courteous and respectful from the estimate to the planning and installation of our multi-split heat pump system. All our questions were welcomed and answered promptly, including those I had during the post-install application for the provincial energy rebate. I would 100% recommend KL Mechanical for your HVAC project! They consulted with us and made excellent decisions about the details of the install, and they truly went above and beyond. We are totally satisfied with their work.

Wow, what a difference from the old rattle gas furnace to the new heat pump and electric furnace.

The team at KL Mechanical Company was absolutely awesome! Working with Kyle and his team were polite, professional, and polished from start to finish. Everyone had a great sense of humor and made the experience enjoyable. Their work was clean, careful, and clearly done with pride and attention to detail. They took the time to listen to the homeowner’s needs and delivered exactly what was promised. I’m very impressed with their workmanship and professionalism. They advised me that the job will take two days. I figure we wouldn’t have heat the first day however, the guys made sure we had heat for my family on a cold November month stayed extra late just to take care of us.
Highly recommend Kyle and the team to anyone looking for quality service and a great team to work with!
