I had KMP Frest Start Proclean LTD come in and do a move out clean for me. They gave me a day and time, were punctual and did an amazing job. Very reasonable and pleasant to deal with. Would highly recommend.

I can’t say enough about KMP Services and the incredible work they do. They took on the enormous task of cleaning a family member’s home while they were away receiving cancer treatment, and they truly transformed the space. From deep cleaning the carpets and walls to everything in between, their work made a world of difference.
Their team was professional, compassionate, and went well above and beyond. I’m so deeply grateful for their support during such a difficult time.

CARPET CLEANING: Kevyn did a great job on my carpets and I'm pleased with that service. 5 stars for it. They quoted me $700 for it, which was to include both up and down, but he didn't end up doing the downstairs. He did throw in cleaning of my area rug instead though, so I'm okay with that.
CLEANING CREW: I won't go into all of the drama, but will just say this job did not meet my expectations. They also quoted me a rate of $120/hr for three workers. They only sent two. Wife tells me this morning (unsolicited) that they'll reduce the price to $100/hr because there was one less. Husband this afternoon says he's the owner of the company and wife doesn't have the authority to change the rate and bills me the full amount.
They were supposed to send me a written quote but did not. He tells me we made a deal in my kitchen (which we did, but they were supposed to Email me a quote). I thought they quoted me a total of $2000 for carpet cleaning and house cleaning. He tells me today it was $2000 for housecleaning on top of the $700 for carpet cleaning. We will never know what it really was because I was stupid and allowed the work to proceed without GETTING THE QUOTE IN WRITING.

I paid the full bill - but this will be my last time dealing with KMP. Which actually makes me sad, because I liked this couple a lot when they came to do an on-site consultation.

I dealt directly with Kevyn. He was very easy to work with and very accommodating of my schedule. He did an excellent and quick job of an entire floor of a house that was carpeted as well as a set of stairs. Unlike previous people I have hired, the area was mostly dry immediately following his work, and was totally dry by the end of the day.
The value is good, it cost slightly more than we discussed over text, but I had never thought about taxes. I would use him again, and recommend him to all who might need this type of work. He seemed to be an expert on what I needed and I am happy with the results.

Fantastic service! My dog had an accident in my van, and I contacted KMP services to come do a deep clean and they fit me in that night!
Super friendly, welcoming, and professional. Great with my dogs, and overall a really good group of people.
