Very professional, and accessible. We bought our first property in the Comox Valley this past Spring, and everything had to move very fast. These folks made it happen, and coached us along the way. After asking around, we knew they had the best price, but it was great to later find out they provided the best product too! We have since compared closing packages to some of those provided to our friends from other notaries/solicitors in town, and ours is definitely the finer product. VERY pleased, and would recommend their services to anyone!

Sold a property in Alberta and needed to sign on the same day that I called around to see who was available. Brenda was very friendly and helpful and accommodated me right away. The lawyer was also very friendly and professional. Will definitely use their services again!

After some minor customers service flaws (failed to fully explain the process, slow to answer questions), Krugel and co made a very large mistake in the payout for the sale of my house. There was a large amount of money missing from my payout. When I pointed this out, Krugel was adamant that this was a bank error and refused to disucss.
When I had a chance to perform the simple addition and substraction from the Pay Out form they gave me, I confirmed that there was $15500 missing. Their numbers were just plain wrong and it had nothing to do with the bank. When I brought it back to them they ignored their mistake. I asked for an apology and got silence. I had hope they would have offered an apology when the cheque was cut, and there was nothing. As the money was being used towards a house purchase I was already committed to, this caused an enormous amount of stress (several other factors coming to play here that made for a very sensitive time line).
When they received word of the mistake they did not make efforts to let me know of their time line to correct the mistake. They went silent.
Everyone makes mistakes. Including lawyers. What is awful is when absolutely no acknoweldgement or offer of accountability was made. I would have even setteld for - oh , we made a mistake. I got nothing. I do not recommend usng this company and have immediately moved my conveyance needs for my house purchase to another company.

Zero customer service or care. Combative and unhelpful. We went here to set up a Will and a Power of Attorney. We called around and they seemed to have the best price. A lawyer's time is costly and you might as well find someone who appreciates your business and that you can talk to without hearing nails on a chalk board.

The worst experience I've had with any company. Terrible manners, rude, disrespectful and inappropriate jokes.
Not someone you would want to talk to or trust with big life decisions. Attempted to complete a first time will for my family with him and he made the entire experience stressful and uncomfortable. Not worth the couple hundred dollar savings. Save yourself time and go elsewhere and spare yourself the worst hour of your life.
