We had been thinking about getting a new couch, and we found the one we wanted at lazy boy! Had GREAT customer service!! She was able to show us two other options of similar style couch that we could get sooner, then the one we were looking at. Excellent delivery service! Delivered on time with fast, and efficient set up (Only took them about 5 minutes) This was our first purchase from lazy boy, and must say would buy from them again!

I had an in home consultant from lazy boy who helped me choose the best layout for my home. As a result I purchased 2 sofas, an ottoman and a beautiful rug. Service was fantastic and I will be replacing my 2, 20 year old lazy boy recliners next from lazy boy again! Thanks Cindy and Adda for all your help
