We really just dropped by to look. We had no intentions of purchasing any new furniture. But, what we saw and how everything was explained we were convinced that we couldn't do without. Wonderful service even in our home, then back at the store we bought far more than expected. Great Customer Service and an entertaining afternoon. Counting the days until everything arrives!

We had a great time shopping at Lazyboy Courtenay. We were really lucky to get to deal directly with the store manager, Sydney!
She gave us all the time we needed & all the options to help us decide on our new love seats plus a deal that was hard to turn down.
Sydney even lined up a designer house call from Adda to check our living room dimensions, so we could figure out what we were up against. Adda gave us her ideas for colors of carpet & dimensions & other ideas that would compliment the new love seats.
We would highly recommend this duo to take care of any of your furniture needs.

Very poor quality furniture that I stupidly bought twice. The sales people are nice and good at their job. They sell… but the product is really poor and the warranty is awful. They promised that scrapes from the dog were covered…. They are ONLY if you call the moment you notice it and they’ll repair (paint it). With this furniture we’d be calling every week. After time they call it wear , and cover nothing. We’ve owned this couch for 3 years … you would think it’s 20 years old. Cushions don’t hold their form. The “leather” is the worse quality, peels and cracks. I am done with lazy boy- high prices and poor quality
