Lacasse Construction is an excellent company to work with. Over the last three years collaborating with them - from the planning to designing to the building to the finishing - I found that every single person on their team are talented, helpful and hard working. They are reliable and easy to communicate with, plus they always had some creative suggestions to add the mix. Lacasse construction seems to be good at final construction results however their process and consideration for local neighbours during construction leaves a lot to be desired.
A long term project on an apartment building has been noisy which is understandable and they do follow bylaws around noise etc. what they don’t do is respond to neighbours complaints about leaving ugly equipment hanging over communal hedges that become eyesores for backyard landscapes. The property under construction has an extremely large parking lot and surrounding area where this equipment can be parked when not in use. After a formal complaint in writing to the foreman the equipment was relocated for about 2 days before it was in the same spot once more. A second piece of equipment was added to hang over the hedge view. So as if the noise for the past several months wasn’t enough the added ugly site is added. Photos are attached and my latest requests to park them elsewhere (10 feet away behind the apartment building) have been ignored. Such lovely community spirit! Seems minor however annoying when viewed from our windows EVERY DAY and sitting outside to enjoy our yard and gardens is a thing of the past!

If I could give 6 stars for Lacasse Construction I would! I have done many projects with them over the last 10 years, both residential and commercial. Each and every time I have had not only extraordinary service but every one of the crew members have become like family. They are friendly, polite, tidy and considerate. But most of all they are highly skilled!! They are willing to tackle any project and can overcome any challenge. It seems that nothing is impossible. Weekly updates and post construction walk throughs ensure that everything runs smoothly and has been executed with excellence.
I can wholeheartedly recommend Lacasse for any projects you may have.

Lacasse Construction built my house, which was finished about a year ago, and I could not be more thrilled with the results. The entire process, from design and estimating, through the construction phase, to post-construction follow-up was smooth and efficient. The project was completed within budget and a month ahead of schedule.
Lacasse has a top notch team: conscientious and very professional support staff, talented tradespeople and innovative problem-solvers. Cale, Ben and Ryan were an absolute pleasure to work with. Creative. Detail-oriented. Extremely professional. They care about quality and it shows.
The worksite was always left clean and tidy at the end of each day. The crews were courteous to the neighbours, and although I was only able to visit the site about once a month, I was kept in the loop with weekly on-line team meetings, which I really appreciated.
My house is a unique design with unconventional construction materials and innovative features. Lacasse Construction did a phenomenal job. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat.
