Just went to Avatar (3D) and received the best, friendliest help from Anaya(?) at the concession. We arrived a tad late so the show was already on and fairly packed, but she was able to help get us two seats and was so pleasant and engaged with us the whole time.
The young fellow at the ticket booth was also such a pleasant and chill dude making it such a nice and easy entry.
The theatre seats are super Large and comfortable with electronic leg rests that make the theatre experience so much better.
Great sound, graphics, and atmosphere.
I have to say, it’s nice to see the young people of this community, and country, still taking their jobs serious and doing so with a smile, no matter how much they must have to deal with on some days, and how little their money goes, thanks to the inflationary fiscal mistakes of our decade-long liberal government. Kudos to you and your team, Anaya! 👏🏻

Went for the new Superman movie. While they do have full reclining seats, the rows themselves are not elevated tiers like an amphitheatre as you head towards the back. So instead of looking forward, many guests are looking up.
Concession staff are friendly and generous with popcorn and butter. Staff also do a good job of cleaning the space between showings.

Was denied seeing movie due to my bag okay fine refund me also can’t get a refund ok well just search my bag then let me in or u can hold my bag behind a counter nope can’t do that either so now I leave not seeing a paid for movie. Coulda came back another time but now won’t be back ever

In the past year there hasn't been one good movie available to see at this theater. No oscar nominated flicks, nothing geared towards mature adults, just kids movies and horror movies?? We had movie passes we had to use up and even with the popcorn deal they asked if we wanted to pay extra for butter on the popcorn?!?! Would give zero stars if an option. Going to the movies is dead in the comox valley.

Horrible movie selection... I just want to see Primate which your website has plastered all over it, yet its not even playing here!? Please get more Horror movies!
