Just went to Avatar (3D) and received the best, friendliest help from Anaya(?) at the concession. We arrived a tad late so the show was already on and fairly packed, but she was able to help get us two seats and was so pleasant and engaged with us the whole time.
The young fellow at the ticket booth was also such a pleasant and chill dude making it such a nice and easy entry.
The theatre seats are super Large and comfortable with electronic leg rests that make the theatre experience so much better.
Great sound, graphics, and atmosphere.
I have to say, it’s nice to see the young people of this community, and country, still taking their jobs serious and doing so with a smile, no matter how much they must have to deal with on some days, and how little their money goes, thanks to the inflationary fiscal mistakes of our decade-long liberal government. Kudos to you and your team, Anaya! 👏🏻

As someone who used to work concessions at a movie theater, I say this with genuine respect for how the job works. I know firsthand how busy nights can impact wait times, and I completely understand that rush periods are a different story.
However, on a recent visit, my friend and I stopped in just to grab popcorn. We weren’t even seeing a movie and it took over 20 minutes to get through the line. There were only two people ahead of us, each with one child, and it wasn’t busy at all.
I remember how quickly we used to move guests through because efficiency meant smoother shifts, more time to stay ahead on tasks, Happier people getting in to their seats (also more time to eat and run out of snacks which help sales) Watching the pace feel almost slow-motion was frustrating, especially knowing how important timing is when people are trying to make showtimes.
There’s always room to improve, and concessions are such a big part of the theater experience so its annoying when it seems to not be running efficiently. I’m sharing this in hopes that service speed can improve, especially during non-peak hours

Staff is amazing.
The seats are amazing.
The bathroom needs a super good clean and sanitizing, for it isn't getting cleaned thoroughly everyday. The old grime and stink of old urine is grose.

Love Landmark Cinema, but the movie tonight, "Whethering Heights" had annoying issues... The sound kept cutting out. Especially at the most important scenes. Hopefully they can correct this issue.

Make sure you are rested before you go see a movie here because the reclining seats are so comfortable! I have fallen asleep more a few times. Amazing theatre.
