The pharmacist (Yoyo) is top notch, but the assistants tend to be less than efficient. Also, the pharmacy must be having staffing problems, because no one answers the phone, which means I must go in person to order a refill of a prescription, and then return a second time hoping that the refill is ready. On odd occasions they don't have all the pills in stock, so I have to return a third time.
All this is getting inconvenient.

Agree with the other review. Non-judgmental, professional and they care. Other Pharmacies, like Rexall next door, they can be quite rude and they do not protect your privacy, calling out the name of your prescription.

Really nice, helpful people. This is where I go for all my meds. I go there quite regularly so they know me pretty well. The wife goes elsewhere that I’ve been a few times but a couple of the people seemed quite negative and miserable so I didn’t even feel comfortable going in there. I’ll continue going to Loblaw Pharmacy locates in Johns independent in the Comox mall

I've been a loyal client for 15 years, but now with short days and closed on weekends and also on stats, I think it's time to find a pharmacy with more flexible hours
