Good store with a wide variety of products. Sale prices are really good. Look for end of season sales! Staff is very helpful.

London Drugs stores have a wide variety of inventory. It is not just a drug store. Their electronics section has good prices and often even better sales. There is a small appliance section that has almost anything a person needs for their kitchen. There are sections for other household items, cleaning supplies, toys, snacks, personal care items and of course a full service pharmacy.

Very unhelpful service, website says products are in stock when they’re not, if you order online orders cancelled with no explanation or attempt to assist. I have no idea how this store survives…….!!!

Do not bring your Apple products to the tech services department at London drugs in Courtenay. After waiting more than 3 weeks to get anyone to even look at it, when I finally did get it back, the problem was not fixed. I called the tech person as soon as I got it back and told him it was not fixed, but he said it was fine when he looked at it and showed no interest in assisting me to try to repair it. In the end, he told me to bring in the receipt and they would give me a refund. My husband drove 35 minutes from our home to get the refund (with the receipt), only to be denied the refund by the assistant manager, who was rude and condescending. I called to follow up and was treated equally as bad by this person. Overall, the experience from start to finish was terrible, poor customer service, did not fix the problem and the guy ruined my laptop. I had to purchase a new one. Worst customer service ever.
