Good store with a wide variety of products. Sale prices are really good. Look for end of season sales! Staff is very helpful.

Do not bring your Apple products to the tech services department at London drugs in Courtenay. After waiting more than 3 weeks to get anyone to even look at it, when I finally did get it back, the problem was not fixed. I called the tech person as soon as I got it back and told him it was not fixed, but he said it was fine when he looked at it and showed no interest in assisting me to try to repair it. In the end, he told me to bring in the receipt and they would give me a refund. My husband drove 35 minutes from our home to get the refund (with the receipt), only to be denied the refund by the assistant manager, who was rude and condescending. I called to follow up and was treated equally as bad by this person. Overall, the experience from start to finish was terrible, poor customer service, did not fix the problem and the guy ruined my laptop. I had to purchase a new one. Worst customer service ever.

Poor service given by the photography section,
Forget about helping infact the person got agitated seeing a mother of two infants trying to get the photos done for passport, and upon asking, he replied in a very bad manner.
On top of everything, they captured the hands of both children's photos, which got rejected right away from service canada. Keeping in mind, it was a 3 hour struggle to get a still shot of small children.

London Drugs is now delivering! I ordered laundry soap and other cleaning supplies. Lugging all the necessities into a buggy is cumbersome and it takes time and space.
I was also pleased with the way they package items. Finally something that’s a good idea and it works.
