Terrible service! I've waited well over 1 month for a small package that should have taken a week to arrive at my doorstep. My package is sitting in their warehouse for a week now and still is not ready to be picked up. No one answers their office phone line and their voicemail is constantly full. The 1-800 number is a joke, waiting an hour on hold (because I don't have anything better to do) just to be told they can't do anything either. I understand the holidays season comes with delays, but this is ridiculous! If I buy anything online and I see Canpar or Loomis as shipper, I will cancel the order everytime and tell others to do the same.

I wasn't sure what to expect as I saw the other reviews as I waited for my large order.
When I received my call the gentleman was very informative and offered that they have extra hours that weren't listed for pick up. They helped direct my parking and load a skid of flower bulbs into my van. They were efficient, kind and working hard with the busyness in the shop.

Delivery driver forged my mother's signature and left the parcel who-knows-where. Had to call and request the driver retrieve the parcel. Then 2 weeks later, had to get in contact again because my parcel had been sitting in their warehouse for 12 days. I shouldn't have to call or message asking for my parcel to be delivered!

Had a package show up at the courtenay branch a week ago - to be delivered to Campbell River. It sat for three days when it was expected to go out do delivery the same morning it arrived. Now the next Monday it get processed and is out for delivery, two days of no package and it’s still sitting at out for delivery. I think they fudge the status on the package to keep you off their back, pretty bad

Parcel arrived on Dec 10 and it’s being delayed since then. Called every day between 12-4 and never answered or return calls. I’m out of the country and this horrible company will prob deliver and leave my parcel outside in the rain or I’ll have to pay a return fee. Worst company ever do not recommend.
