Best Mark’s location in the north island! Great customer service and selection! The Courtenay location could learn a few things from this location about customer service! It is definitely worth the drive to Campbell to come here!

Went in for work boots 😊 had to look at every pair..lol. finally found a pair of h/h . Was a comfortable experience and staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking outside with a handy cap spot.

Marks seems to have quite literally the worst online shopping experience, inventory accuracy, or both. My last five “Pick Up In-Store” online orders have all been canceled. There’s never an explanation, just “order cancelled.” I’m done with this company

I absolutely loved the service that I received from Mark's. I unfortunately had to return a pair of steel toed boots, I was concerned that I only had a certain amount of time but I never got a chance to keep them because of a foot injury. The cashier was so helpful and also apologized for making me wait since I have an aircast on. Thank you for the fantastic service.
