First of all thank you Mason for your patience throughout the process of searching for a new home ,which encompassed many meetings at various locations throughout the Comox Valley ! Thankfully I was able to settle on a place and prior to closing the sale there were a lot of hoops to jump through which was made all the more easier with Mason guiding through the steps .I couldn't ask for a better experience but also to know that throughout , he was always reassuring that he would be able to provide the necessary services to close the deal ...which he did .A man of word and certainly someone that I would highly recommend to engage with for realtor services in the Comox Valley .Thanks again Mason !

Mason has an appealing professional and low-hype approach to realty. He's been my 'go to' realtor in the valley for several years and various deals. A recent final sale price was bang on where he thought we'd land at the outset. And he is a stalwart family and community guy in the valley.

We have chosen Mason as our realtor every time over the last 6 years and referred him to others as well. Mason is one of the nicest people that I know. He really knows what’s going on in the market and does an excellent job representing and helping his clients whether selling or buying. Mason is an excellent negotiator, has a great feel at placing a valuation on a property, and stays in constant contact with us, making us feel very much a part of the process. Above and beyond all of this, he even donates a portion of his commissions to some great charities. Mason’s integrity really shows throughout the process, and he has a very peaceful and relaxed presence about him. In addition, he is a great listener, and we really felt like he heard and understood us. I highly recommend Mason without reservation to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

We are thrilled to have worked with Mason. He is honest, open, professional, and knowledgeable about home construction issues. We used the home inspector he recommended and felt they both worked to make us clear about all the worst case scenarios, and helped us negotiate a better price. We also moved from the mainland, which comes with a host of logistical challenges and Mason was super helpful in every respect. We would absolutely recommend him!
