I don't usually stop for lunch, just a coffee. Today I ordered a smal fries, hamburger and the new caramel cold brew. Service was great, the fries yummy, but the hamburger...was chewy with a dried out bun. It was only 11:30, so it shouldn't be that dried out!! So disappointing 😞

Update: more wrong orders. Today no cheese on the burgers. I am so done. Never going back here. How hard is it to make a burger. Can I give zero stars?

. This McDonalds is insanely slow. We rarely eat fast food, but I do often go here for a coffee. I am not sure I have ever waited as long at any other McDonalds as I wait here... also great quality control on overpriced nuggets, someone forgot about the timer....

If I had a minus or 0 score I would give that, worst customer service ever!!! Even managers have no manners to talk to people,
So I ordered on skip, today at 10:32 pm waited for almost an hour for my order and guess what I get a call at 11:22pm from a manager at this location who was super rude have no manners to talk, telling me I don’t have your stuff that your ordered you have to cancel it or I will cancel it?? I was in shock with the way he talked!!! Is this your customer service McDonalds????? Frst of all you are not providing my order made me wait for an hour then u call and tell me to cancel the order!!??? And look at the way you are talking???? Thats ridiculous!!!! On confronting why is he talking me like that and who is the manager say very proudly says he is the manager!!! Well mr manager you don’t deserve this role if you don’t have basic manners to talk to people!!! And didn’t even gave me his name even!! I told him I am driving down to the restaurant, then he even removes his name tag??? Like really??? There was other staff too, who was respectful but this guy was still arrogant and rude when I came to the restaurant?? Even after driving to the restaurant and asking multiple times they still didn’t gave him his name!!! But the other staff that was there one of them had the name tag on and his name is Toby you can ask him who was that manager if you care a little bit for your customerss!!!! But this is the worst service I have seen!!!!

Waited 20 mins for my food with them asking what I ordered multiple times only for them to get it wrong. Wasn’t even helped/ have my existence acknowledged despite being the only one in the non drive through line for over 10 mins. The inside tables were all filthy (even by McDonalds standards) and I wouldn’t dare use them.
