My burger came without the bottom bun, which was really disappointing. I hope the restaurant double-checks orders more carefully next time.!

Hey management, give more training to your staff and tell them to work according to the customer not according to their own mind. Thank god, I checked the food before eating it. I asked them clearly to not put egg in the wrap and I am allergic from egg as well. That thing happened with me second time and when I went to the drive thru again and the guy was so rude he ignored me and start taking order of another customer. The girl took order correctly and she was so polite and professional while she was talking with me. Her name is arshpreet, I really appreciate you girl keep the work up.

Fries were really old. Burger was barely warm.. cheese hadn't melted. There are foodsafe rules in place for a reason. This was from drive-thru and so it was a couple blocks away before I realized the condition of the food I JUST PAID FOR. Absolutely dreadful and it all got tossed as I didn't have the time to return. This occurred Monday, January 12 at approximately 7:30pm.

They mess up your order every time. And if you have everything in your bag, check it. Because they’ll still mess it up. Ordered a cheeseburger, no cheese. Ordered a cinnamon bun, no icing. Ordered a sprite, got fizzy water… 4 times. Bro all their machines were out.
Employees are just kids and it’s not their responsibility to manage a main fast food chain.
