Stopped by this Mobil station in Courtenay and had a great experience! The place is always clean, the pumps work smoothly, and prices are fair compared to other stations around. Staff here are super friendly and helpful, which makes a big difference when you’re just grabbing gas or something quick from the store.
Definitely my go-to spot whenever I’m in the area. Highly recommend! 🚗⛽

Stopped by this gas station on a road trip and was pleasantly surprised. The pumps were clean and worked without any issues, and the staff inside the store were super friendly. Would definitely come back if I’m in the area.

When I was pumping gas I wanted to clean my windshield and noticed that the squeegee cleaning solution was dirty and found a somewhat clean one on the third try only to discover that is only plain water. I asked the lady worker who happened to come out why and she said it’s because it’s summer, her demeanor was anger irritated towards me I told her it’s ridiculous because they should be using an alcohol based window cleaner mixed with water, right off the bat she said if am not happy to go somewhere else. This pissed me off more and called her out on her manners… as I was out of windshield fluid I decided to buy some only to find that they only had winter fluid, again I told her it’s July they don’t have the right washer for the season, she was not even interested just said that’s all they have…. Her attitude towards me as a customer was rude and and she should not be dealing with customers, someone should address it.

When the gas pump blanked out after I had used my debit card and pin and returned to the start, employee said it did not complete the transaction. When I got home in fact it did complete, now I am out $30.00, owner/managers for three days would not contact me to rectify the issue. No one seemed to care. Who ever the manager is should not be a manager, terrible skills dealing with their customers, in fact seems they don’t care seems they are above worrying about customer issues . I would not recommend getting gas here or dealing with owners like this. Shame on you Mobil.

Recently went to this gas station and the owner of the gas station is really kind and professional. It was very well maintained, clean and had ample space for large vehicles and trucks. I am a frequent visitor of Superstore gas stations and this is the best location I have been to.
