We recently had Modern Windows come and replace our front door as well as our patio sliding doors. After a miss communication occurred that left us a bit unhappy with our new front door, Dave - General Manager was quick to address it and replaced a glass panel at no extra cost to us. We really appreciated the extra mile he went to correct the situation and to ensure our happiness with our new door. Install team was also amazing, prompt and very polite. Would definitely recommend Modern Windows.

Despite a slight delay, the railing product came in exactly as ordered and installation was accomplished without a hitch. Service was good and the team at Modern were great to work with.

We have used Modern Windows for various projects in the past, always with great satisfaction. This time we had hired a local contractor for a small deck job and this person showed us that he was totally unreliable and his word couldn't be trusted. Modern came to our rescue...why didn't we think of them first?! Derek gave us excellent advice and also support when we had to sue the original contractor to get our deposit back. The men from Modern did a superb job taking over from where the other contractor left us. The finished result is beyond our expectations and the installer, Larry kindly thought to design a catcher for all the needles which are such a problem. All works so well and looks good too. Thank you Modern.
