We recently had Modern Windows come and replace our front door as well as our patio sliding doors. After a miss communication occurred that left us a bit unhappy with our new front door, Dave - General Manager was quick to address it and replaced a glass panel at no extra cost to us. We really appreciated the extra mile he went to correct the situation and to ensure our happiness with our new door. Install team was also amazing, prompt and very polite. Would definitely recommend Modern Windows.

We rebuilt our deck and had Modern handle the new vinyl installation. The new deck looks great!
We finished up the new railings ourselves (still a little work to go!) and combined with the new vinyl are very happy with the entire project.
If I were to offer some criticism it is that they were typically slow to respond to email, sometimes with delays over a week. This did not ultimately change the install date, and was not a big enough deal to remove any stars from this rating, but if you require an immediate response I suggest phoning rather than email.

Modern’s crew, Ron and Josh, worked efficiently to install three doors which arrived on time. At the end of their work, they did a thorough clean up and left the worksite better than when they started. I highly recommend Modern for professionalism with estimate, ordering, scheduling, installation and follow up.
