Love Dr Kennedy so much. He’s very kind, informative and thorough. The front desk system is not working properly however. The last two years I was not reminded that Im due for an exam. Ive had to call myself and inquire when I was due because it had been awhile… and was informed I was past due and not notified that I needed to book. Now I ordered contact lenses and paid for them weeks ago and had to call again today and was told they’ve been in for a while just sitting there and they had turned notifications off for my account or something so no one bothered to call and tell me they were in and ready for pickup. Ive asked 3 times now for this to be fixed and its always weird excuses and no resolution.

I went into Mosaic Optometry because my Ray-Bans were constantly sliding down my face and bowing out. Suzanne had the most amazing fix and now my glasses feel like brand new again. Not only did she solve the problem perfectly but she also refused to charge me. Her kindness and genuine care really stood out and I left feeling so grateful. Thank you Suzanne for being such a wonderful human!

Dr. Kennedy was very thorough, thoughtful, and kind. The staff was efficient, and professional. The retail space is very noisy and can do with a some private consultation area. Overall, I would recommend to people to come to Mosaic Optometry for great professional eye care.

Dr. Laura Thomasen is professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. She noticed something in my 52 year old son’s recent exam that had never before been brought to his attention, kudos Dr. Thomasen! All the Mosaic Vision Care staff are friendly, courteous, and provide excellent service.

I love this office, they're very welcoming & helpful. They have been great to me, I have used the office since they were downtown, wayback in 2000! I can not say enough nice things about them. Such a great place to get your eyes checked. Even have equipment that checks your eyes better than most clinics. Usually you can only find the equipment in a specialist's office. They discovered that I had an eye disorder that on other office detected. 😉
