Exceptional customer service. Fish tanks are clean with lots of variety of plants. Fish are not over stocked and are treated with love and care. Coming from Toronto this store is better than other pet store I have ever visited 10/10.

Finally a pet store that sells bettas humanely in tanks instead of in tiny plastic containers. They have a great fish section which is well looked after and a good variety of aquatic plants. They also have a fantastic selection of cat trees and scratchers. Photos are of my aquariums at home stocked with Mr. Pets items. The snail was free (goofy photo of him cleaning my floating plants!) :)

Awesome experience at Mr. Pets today in Courtney. A little chaotic as they move around inventory for a restructuring of the store floorplan but all reptiles fish birds and amphibious critters are clean and well cared on. Sean the manager was very attentive and helped huge in finding what was needed.

The groomer here is fantastic! She is helpful and kind. We needed to wash a smell out of our puppy and used the self washing station. She gave us some non smelling shampoo to help eliminate the odor. She is the best!! Highly recommend!!!

Shawn the Manager has gone over and above helping me start back into the Aquarium world. His honesty and down to earth approach is rarely seen these days and his knowledge was astounding. I am now a permanent customer and enjoy just even hanging out at the vast selection and talking tank... Thanks
