Went in, talk to a nice polite man, some parts in stock, others would be ordered and in next day. I went in 2 days later and talked to a different very rude with major attitude. My parts were not in... computer glitch, ok it happens. I go back in about 5 days later, same rude man. Still no parts, he didn't order them because he said I was rude to him, mad and stormed out a week earlier. I did not, I walk out peacefully expecting my parts to be ordered. Probably had something to do with the smell of pot that surrounds this man.
I left again today only to go to a different auto parts store and got a better deal on my parts.
Courtenay Auto you lost $650.00 today.

Totally awesome not being notified when my parts arrived after showing up at first light and told it would be in at 830. No problem. 915, no call. "Oh yea parts are in" when I walk in.
That's 45 minutes i waited and wasted. Good thing i'm not stranded or anything.
If you say you're gonna make the call when parts are in and you know ive been there and am waiting.... then call when they come in.
Edit: thanks for the response, napa, but you obviously care so much that you just must not have read any of the review. Not once was online order brought up, until you brought it up.... cause it WAS NOT an online order. Im not gonna bother unpacking the rest... just know your corporate response was as dumb as the original situation that happened in store.
