Without a doubt, Paul is the best car salesperson I’ve ever dealt with. I got an excellent car at a great price, and the entire experience was effortless. He was incredibly easy to work with—absolutely zero pressure, extremely informative, and genuinely helpful. He even arranged for insurance to come right to us so I could get my plates and ICBC policy on the spot.

When my (now past) vehicle’s engine unexpectedly started having trouble, I was left in need of a new vehicle with limited time to shop around. As a single mother of 2 young children this could have been a monumental task and I was incredibly overwhelmed. Several people recommended Paul at National and after visiting many local dealerships I decided to pay Paul a visit.
I was immediately impressed by Paul’s casual yet friendly demeanour. He seemed very upfront and honest in terms of what he could offer and also seemed more than willing to seek out other vehicles that were not currently on the lot that might also suit my needs.
I never once felt pressured to buy, and yet I felt that Paul truly did care about my needs and was willing and ready to help as best as he could.
The process was seem-less, and I am incredibly happy with my new purchase. Thank you so much, Paul. And an additional thank you to the other folks at National who assisted me with my rental car while I searched for my new purchase.
