I cannot rave more about this location! I walked in already knowing I was going to have difficulty finding frames that I liked, but Kelsey swooped in and saved the day. I was open and honest that I’ve had issues in the past finding frames I liked and like magic she helped me narrow in on two great frames that I’m excited to wear, something I never thought I’d say haha. The process was seamless because I had my prescriptions already and Kelsey walked me through everything. It was an absolute pleasure having her help me find frames and BONUS there’s a deal going on, so with my coverage I only paid a little over $100 for two pairs of glasses. HUGE WIN! Kelsey you rock, thank you for making this decision process a joy.

I had an incredible experience with Nicole, I went two days in a row and she was just as helpful the second day as the first. It was my first time getting glasses so I was very picky and took my time, she was extremely patient with me and made it her goal to find exactly what I was looking for, without rushing me through the process. I would definitely recommend new look!
