I had an incredible experience with Nicole, I went two days in a row and she was just as helpful the second day as the first. It was my first time getting glasses so I was very picky and took my time, she was extremely patient with me and made it her goal to find exactly what I was looking for, without rushing me through the process. I would definitely recommend new look!

I have a very hard to fit face but they took a lot of time to find the perfect glasses. I’ve had a lot of different glasses, changing them every 2 years. New look is the first place where I haven’t had to go back for multiple adjustments, they fit perfectly the first time.

Whole staff in a strange mood. Seemed bitter about being told that I never noticed the place before. Complained that is what many people say.
Dr. Paradis aloof and condescending.
Pretty typical professional office in the Comox Valley really.
Go anywhere else.

Madelynn and Cait are lovely, friendly humans who were extremely helpful in assisting me in finding the perfect frames. It was wonderful to feel supported without feeling smothered, and their genuine warmth made the whole experience super pleasant and rather fun, something that is often lacking in 'business transactions".
I will always choose to shop at places where the employees make me feel genuinely welcome, and not like I am only a sale.
Special thanks to Madelynn for remembering that I had come in the month before and even managing to find my favourite frames for me again!
