The service is mediocre and the place is clean, but the self-ordering system is inconvenient. I ordered the kimchi ramen and it was honestly one of the worst ramens I’ve had. The ramen was supposed to be hot, yet the kimchi was cold, which completely ruined the experience. The noodles were barely acceptable, but the broth was awful—extremely bland with nothing but a weak salty taste. If you expect a rich, flavorful ramen, do not come here.

Overpriced for the overall experience. It’s self-serve but adding a physical check-in during the meal could be a good idea (especially when it’s not busy). Normally, I enjoy these specific style of ramen noodles but unfortunately, the noodles were undercooked. Once I was mid-way through the bowl, the noodles did soften up. Flavour is alright, not the best. I would recommend using a different type of green vegetable for overall substance of the bowl.

Overall atmosphere of the restaurant is decent and welcoming, but the usage and implementation of the self serve kiosks could be better. Food took nearly an hour to be made, and the portion size felt a bit on the smaller side. The ramen I tried was a seasonal one that used chicken stock instead of tonkotsu, but tasted overly bland and didn't have any distinct flavour. Appearance wise, it also felt a bit messy and lacking. Don't think I will try again.

My partner and I are frequent flyers - once a week or any excuse we can find to eat here! We have never had a disappointing experience and appreciate the level of artistry and care that goes into the handmade noodles and broths presented. I adore the specials like fried rice or, more recently, the yakisoba when they are available though nothing compares to the rich tonkatsu (a broth I would never endeavour to make at home). We love you guys and appreciate the warmth from the staff, the quick ordering process, and how fast but beautiful the food comes out. Well worth the price!

I’ve eaten from plenty of ramen places and have never had such a bizarre and bad-tasting tea in my life. The image on the menu shows a pitcher with almost clear tea, described as “premium” tea. What we got was murky/cloudy with tea leaves of irregular size and stems that had green powder(?) practically disintegrating in the liquid. My boyfriend had an upset stomach after drinking some and I couldn’t force myself to take a second sip.
The ramen wasn’t the worst I’ve had but the noodles were undercooked, some sticking together, and were quite short. The broth was also very salty.
It’s all self-serve (ordering at a kiosk, pouring your own drinks, and taking your own food from the bar) and felt more like fast-food rather than a restaurant. (The long tables clearly meant for multiple groups to eat at the same place)
