A heartfelt thank you to "Bailee" the dental hygienist. She truly knows what she is doing and her attention to detail and gentle approach made all the difference. Bailee took her time, explained everything clearly and showed genuine care throughout the appointment. Her professionalism, precision and kindness turned what could have been a stressful visit into a very positive and comforting experience.
Dr. Kim was equally impressive calm, knowledgeable and reassuring. Dr. Kim took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I felt informed and confident every step of the way.
The clinic is clean, modern and welcoming and the entire team is friendly and professional. It’s clear that patient care truly comes first here.

The absolute best dental experience! Dr. Bachus is knowledgable, kind, and uses the latest innovations in dental technology. I cannot emphasize enough what a great experience he and his team provide. My crown appointment was completed in a single day, which as a working parent was super helpful. Dr. Bachus walked me through the entire process, putting me at ease. Dr. Kim and her assistant kindly reaffixed my inlay that had detached. I was able to get an appointment the day of, and the procedure went much better than I'd anticipated. She was gentle, reassuring, and explained every step involved, all the while offering opportunities to address questions and concerns. I couldn't be happier with the result—thanks again!

My first visit to North Island Dental. Well actually it was my second as I had taken my grandkids in last Spring and was impressed with the friendly staff and overall cleanliness that I thought I would try them as well as we had just moved here last Fall.
My experience was great. Emma was very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and did a good job.
The dentist Dr Lu was also very good. Will definitely be going back.

I had the beginning of an implant done by Dr. Bacchus and Staff, and had an excellent experience! They were very professional, and really helped me feel comfortable, with my nervousness/sedation/procedure. Amazing Team!
Today, Sloane cleaned my teeth, and was excellent, very professional, and took great care of a couple of difficult situations.
I look forward to the finishing of my implant, in a couple of months.
