I contacted North Island Pro Wash to inquire about having some sidewalk pavers cleaned. Cody quickly attended our property and gave us a quote. He fit us in in a very timely matter, he was punctual, and did an amazing job. Because of his minimum billing policy, he suggested some more services be included. He did an incredible amount of work for his minimum charge and everything was done very well. Cody is very friendly, hard-working, and more than fair with his pricing. We will definitely be using his services again in the future.

Great service, highly recommend! The work had to be postponed due to snow and wind, but Cody communicated with us throughout and then went out of his way to get the job done right when the weather changed. Really happy with the quality of the work - the driveway and patio are sparkling, house siding looks like new, and even the sidewalk got some attention. Thank you!!

My dealings with Cody were very professional and Cody was very reliable. The service was booked well in advance and the window washing and power washing was done very well. Our patio hasn’t looked so good in quite some time! See you next spring North Island Pro Wash👍😁

North Island Pro Wash did a great job. Cody responded on the same day, provided a reasonable quote, performed the work in a timely fashion and the results are fabulous. The gutters, windows and house look so amazing. Cody's pays attention to detail and gives a 5/5 effort to provide a good service.
