I have been participating in Helena’s Pain Care Yoga Practice for over 2 years.She is a gentle knowledgable active practitioner. Helena shares Pain science information as a part of her Chair Yoga practice which I find very useful. I have experience a pain reduction of up to 50% at times when my pain is at its worst when I participate in Helena’s practice which I find completely amazing as it is more effective than medication. Helena makes her practice completely accessible by adapting it to individuals needs yet providing a cohesive group experience.I was sceptical of the benefits of yoga before Helena’s Pain Care Yoga, now I would whole heartedly encourage anyone experiencing chronic pain to join Helena and see just what she has to offer
