Heather at Peoples Jewellers in Courtenay was outstanding. She called me back in a timely manner and helped me tack down the ring I was looking for. She managed to pull some strings and bring the ring in faster than expected which was amazing. She’s kind and easy to talk to, I highly recommend speaking with her if you need a hand.

I was so, so impressed by the quality of service I received here from Akshita. I attended to purchase a piece for my mother’s 75th birthday and Akshita was so competent and helpful throughout the purchase. She even alerted me to the fact that the piece would be 25% off the following week and that I could bring my receipt back to take advantage of the savings. I was floored when she actually called to remind me that the sale was then on. She remembered me upon re-attending and was once again pleasant and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by this level of service this day and age. My mother is also so happy with her new piece. Thank you, Akshita! I certainly know where to go the next time I’m looking for another piece of jewelry.

Awful service. I visited the store about a month ago for a simple resizing and rhodium plating of two rings, one of them being my $1’000 wedding ring. They gave me an estimate of $256 for both rings which was fine to me.
About two weeks later I tried to call them for an update, the phone was ringing, no one answered, no voicemail, which I found very odd. A few days after they called telling me that a resizing of my wedding ring would cost me now $4’000 without giving a clear explanation. Of course, I declined the offer and my husband picked them up once they were back. The rhodium plating is a joke. The rings look more yellow than before I brought the rings in.
After I gave them my honest opinion by completing a survey, the store manager Shannon promised to give me a phone call on Monday or Tuesday. She never called, and has simply forgotten me. I will never shop there again, and would never recommend this store to anyone!
