Tried to shop local today… but they closed earlier than stated hours. A passer by says it happens regularly. I drove quite a ways to get here before closing for a few quick supplies. I’m heading to Walmart I guess..

Heavily tattooed willing to spend money. Wasn't acknowledged or even said hello. Most lower end products no riedel wine glasses or le creuset products. Quite appalled by their business practices with the lack of customer services.

Rude and unfriendly. When we said we were just enjoying the downtown area and looking, they were completely rude and stared at us. We are an older, well dressed couple. All other stores downtown treated us very well. Would have purchased items at their store but not after their behavior.

I recently bought a kitchen dish towel there & the owner said "This is my favorite towel, it will wash & dry beautifully & never wrinkle & scrunch up around the edges or shrink when you wash it." Well, guess what? It shrunk & scrunched & wrinkled, just like the cheap towels I usually buy. This one towel costs almost $8 at Perch. Also, over the past couple of years, I have asked for 3 different items that the owner said she would order for me & call me when they arrived. Never heard one word back from her about anything I ordered. I for one will never believe one word she says in the future. I probably won't shop there again.

While on vacation from Vancouver we stopped into this cute little shop and found a perfect set of knifes for our new kitchen. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and guided us into choosing the perfect set of knifes! thank you so much!
