Travelling through town at 11:51 PM, trying to get $50 worth of gas with $100 bill and they wouldn’t let me. The lady claimed I had to spend $80 and that they don’t carry that kind of change. You guys don’t carry $50 change back?! Crazzzzy!! I got my gas down the road at 711 with my $100 and got my $50 change back.

Just bought Diesel at this Petro Canada site. Diesel pump #1 is/was leaking badly at the hand grip. Informed the attendent with the orange hair, who was not interested, refused to check it out or inform her supervisor. If you own this business kindly take some action...

Been to this station twice in 6 months. Both time they had pump issues. This time around tap doesn't work since June because of a cyber attack, so I am told. That's fair. But, put up signs. There are no signs. I do not leaving bad reviews, but this is poor customer service at a self serve, it not asking for much. Hope you do better. Respectfully.

I've been a regular customer of this place for almost two years. Always get my gas and smokes from this place. People have been really friendly and with a top notch service. But I had a few bad experiences and apparently it was all from the same person. My friend and I was at the place yesterday (June 24th 2022) at around 11:15pm. We bought cigarettes from the place and after we made the payment(it was a card payment), he asked for the ID which we were not carrying. We asked for the refund which he denied. I also suggested him to do a cash refund which he denied as well. Later he gave the smokes to us and he asked us not to go back to the place. He was very rude to us. I don't know why he's been doing this. Otherwise this is the place I prefer to go over the other places.

Greg is a very good employee. I went last night to fill some air in my tyres. This was the first time i was ever gonna do and couldn't figure out how to do it. After so many tries when i finally gave up and was about to go he came to and asked if he could help. He went beyond his customer service coz he could have just ignore me. But no he made sure i as a customer was satisfied with his service. I really want him to get the recognition.
