Our trainer Max is absolutely amazing. Can't recommend him enough. We did a group training class with Max at petsmart. Our dog Sadie was always so happy to see him. Very positive environment for all the dogs. Each session was fun and informative. Very affordable as well.🙂🙂🙂Can't wait for our next session.

Have had 2 great experiences with the staff in the grooming department, they are super helpful, kind, and well-mannered. My dog seems to trust them naturally 10/10 service.
I also appreciate the whole cashback from points thing, it saves me a bunch of money on my doggo's necessities.

This is a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ STAR review for GILLIAN J, a groomer who works here, NOT petsmart the company!! She's groomed my fussy poodle multiple times and they've all been 5 star cuts! Amazing work and my dog loves her! 1st pic is before 2nd is after 😍

We took Blu the Wonder Dog to the Courtenay PetSmart to get his nails clipped and ground down with a Dremel power tool. Max was the groomer trainee who did Blu’s nails.
Max was wonderful with Blu and nice to interact with. We wish him luck in his future when he enters the PetSmart groomers training course.
Max - thanks for taking care of our fur child.

Ohmygod! The fact they had nightmare before Christmas dog pullovers, stuffies and more!!! Just incredible! The dogs look so good in them. And they were affordable and seem well made! The store is clean and fery organized, the inventory is huge as well. The animals and pets we looks at all seemed happy and healthy as well only xon is they seemed very understaffed.
