Absolutely loved the classic Banh Mi at Pho 54! It came with generous slices of cha lua, pate, and ham—all slightly warm—paired with fresh, crisp carrots and cucumber, all tucked into a perfectly crispy baguette. The staff were extremely friendly too. Highly recommend!

I would come back.
But there is better at the
other end of town.
Found the Beef broth kinda bland.
The noodles could have been a thinner variety.
Temperature of fluid could have been hotter.
Prawn salad rolls were tasty

Good food. Great service. No TV or loud music playing which makes for relaxing dining. Today it was a little cool inside and metal chair was cold. Moved to cushioned seating area which was better.

Honest review from a guy that eats a lot, and I mean a lot of Viet food. On the island for two nights and still managed to have Viet food twice! And it wasn’t planned!
Ok, so the restaurants that we have on the Mainland are pretty top notch and in no way was I expecting similar here. I understand we are in a smaller town and it’s just not going to be the same. The food is average and that’s not anything against Pho 54. They could be the best Viet restaurant in town.
The prices I will say are quite reasonable with bowls of pho at $14 for medium and $16 for large.
It’s not the best I’ve ever had but also not the worst. It’s average, if you’re just looking for something to satisfy your craving for a hot bowl of noodle soup this will do it.
My wife did say she enjoyed her bowl of vermicelli with nem (pork patty).

Lots of parking around the restaurant.

I have never been disappointed ordering food from Pho 54. I always order the rare beef pho with sate, and sometimes will have an order of spring rolls - the food is consistently great and the staff are always friendly.
