I screwed up my kids’ online order and called immediately but the call went through PH headquarters so by the time they rerouted me to the Lerwick shop it had been 5-10 minutes. They told me no problem, they were so kind and said they could fix the order and it was only at the very end of the call that I realized they had already made the botched one but that they were making us a new one. Very kind. I have teens, we order here often. I appreciated it. :)

Terrible customer service. They only seem to get my order right 50% of the time. Super unprofessional staff. Tons of different random drivers wandering through to the kitchen to socialize. The place is dirty. There's garbage laying around and I'm still waiting far too long for my screwed up order. This location used to be great. Not sure what's happened, but it's a dump now!! Super disappointing!

Super disappointed in service. Actually went into pizza hut on and tried to order the pizza box for a bday party and the guy did not know what I was talking about. Budget $45 but with out the deal it was $69. Ended up pre-ordering 3 large pizza around noon for pick up Saturday at 5:15 pm. Asked the man if he wanted my name and number and he said no all good, which I thought was strange. I arrived at 5:15 and nobody knew what I was talking about. Thankfully I had my receipt but was told they were in oven and would be 4 mins, waited 20. The bday party were all waiting at our house. Not impressed. Should have been told they would deliver for free or given a coupon for a free pizza. Seemed very unorganized and nobody took responsibility for their mess up.

Unfortunately I had a really bad experience when ordering from them through doordash. I ordered a pizza with bbq sauce and was sent one with tomato sauce that was completely uncooked. The dough was literally still stretchy. In the photo I attached that is not cheese, it’s dough. Don’t recommend.

After I left this review, I was reached out to and told I was given a full credit for my order, but I'd have to call to place it in the future. But, as always, they do not answer the phone. What happened to Courtenay Pizza Hut? Management is clearly lacking.
Waited two hours for pizza that obviously sat for a while, either at the store or in the 3rd party delivery services car. Absolute waste of money today.
