bought a pizza here around 1:20 PM today and was really disappointed. The pizza smelled stale, tasted off, and clearly wasn’t fresh. For the price, I expect much better quality than this. Honestly, it left me with such a bad taste that the least the place could do is offer fresh ingredients in the pizza. My stomach hurts too!

Made an order for the Pizza Hut in courtenay on Lerwick Ave. through the app. Mistakenly selected carryout. Tried to change the order to delivery and when I called the store was directed to corporate twice. The second operator was great and tried calling the store multiple times and still no answer. This store has no customer service and should be closed as no staff cares about customer satisfaction. Would select 0 stars if that was an option

I made an order was it was delivered incorrectly. I had a feeling it would be sonce the phone was muffled and explained i had difficulty hearing them.They served a wrong mac and cheese without corkscrew noodles or bacon which I asked for. They missed a whole large pizza and when I called they argued with me about the order. I also asked for a 2 liter of root beer got 2 cans. It was for a family of 5. This was my 3rd and final attempt at this location.

Literally a circus… said it’d be ready for pickup in 20 minutes but we ended up waiting for over half an hour past that. I watched my boyfriend and several other customers waiting endlessly, only to be given a noticeably under-cooked, soaked in grease pizza. During the whole waiting process the staff was yelling at each other and violently slamming kitchen equipment. Not worth it $$$ at all
