charged full price for an issue that wasn’t resolved. they were nice enough, but if they would have identified and addressed the issue, i wouldn’t have paid for something that wasn’t actually fixed

Plateau replaced our heat pump, and hot water tank. The crew was very knowledgeable and I enjoyed having them complete our work. I do not hesitate recommending Plateau to anyone.
