Terrible customer service! I came a long way, walked in with a smile on my face, greeted him as I should've been greeted as the patron, he seemed annoyed to get up off his stool said "nope, nope, don't have it, it'll be a couple weeks" I thanked him and said that won't work for me but maybe he knew of somewhere else? "Nope" :(

Unbelievable service! We hunted around for a new lock for our RV trailer, as we had lost the original keys. Got recommended this place, amazing friendly service, professional approach, impeccable timing, this guy has it all!
Replaced the keys, for a fraction of the cost a new lock would have cost, in super quick timing!
This guy literally saved us a massive headache!

Needed the ignition cylinder rebuilt for my 2001 Toyota Solar and so contacted John at Price’s Lock & Safe in Royston. He gave me a quote and came out the same day to do the job. It ended up being a bit more complicated (no fault of his) but he went the extra mile, got it done, and honoured his quote. A really straight up guy. 5 Stars! I highly recommend!
