Jen, Greg and the rest of the team at Courtney's Pure Pharmacy are amazing. I phoned them having received *incorrect* information that they had messed up on an urgent order (I need to highlight that they didn't mess up at all). I was really short and clearly annoyed on the phone and their customer support was fantastic, never even once pointing out my error, and instead focusing solely on rectifying the issue, even staying late on a Friday after opening times to help me with my order. The team are amazing and I am so happy that they are here, supporting the community. Thank you so much, Team Pure Pharmacy Courtenay, your work is hugely appreciated, and again, I'm sorry for the call, you handled it, and supported me beautifully.

Best service ever. Only pharmacy I’ve been to who genuinely cares about their clients and treats them with compassion. Quick, friendly, knowledgeable and empathetic service. I wont be going anywhere else for my prescriptions again.

The team at Pure Pharmacy are beyond PHENOMENAL The valley is extremely fortunate to have such a dedicated team of professionals. I can honestly say that Greg has without doubt saved my life, and I do not say that lightly When an error due to our insurance happened Greg did not hesitate to help, provide me with the required meds for my appt and soothe frayed nerves. When a computer error happened Greg went in on the weekend to get the daily medication I required rather than have me sit at the ER each day till Monday Jess is an absolute Sweetheart, she never fails to follow through and drops off my meds without hesitation With no license this option is a Godsend and VERY much appreciated Other pharmacies could learn from Greg and his team Thank you for everything
