    Terrible company. Terrible customer service. Delivery person didn't come at the scheduled time, and when ther did arrive, they didn't knock and I have been home all day. I have to go to the Best Buy purolator counter to pick up my item, but their hours are my working hours. Customer service was condescending and unhelpful. Long waits on the phone. The pick up centre at Best Buy doesn't have it's own phone line. No one knows what's going on. There are so many better delivery services out there, transparent with their tracking and updates, helpful and prompt. Choose them before Purolator. Zero stars

    This has been the worst delivery experience I’ve ever had. My package was supposed to arrive on Friday, but Purolator rescheduled it to Tuesday without any notice. On Tuesday, they marked it as “attempted delivery – receiver unavailable,” even though no one came to my apartment or left a notice. Today, the tracking showed “out for delivery,” so I left an authorization note on my door as instructed. Still, they updated the status again saying it was delivered to a pickup location. My building requires an access code, which triggers a call when someone arrives — yet I never received a call. It’s clear no real delivery attempt was made. The tracking updates were completely misleading, and the lack of communication was unacceptable. I suggest not using Purolator if you actually want your package delivered on time. PIN: JOV000227218

    Missed the delivery guy on Monday morning. He left a slip that said to go to Best Buy after 1pm the next day to pick it up. I went there and they brought it back to Nanaimo instead for some reason. Tried to call and talk to someone and couldn’t get through to a human. The chat feature was no help and the person messaging me on the other end was very rude. It’s three days later, and still no package. This is a work computer, so really need it, but they don’t care. The tracking site just keeps saying that it’s in transit, but the other tracking thing says at the sort facility. This is hands down the worst experience with a shipping company I’ve ever had. Use anyone but PuroLATER.

    At Purolator, Delivery is a promise- but not an obligation. I'm travelling, and staying at resorts as I go, so it getting packages delivered to a pick up point is often the easiest option for me. However, this is not the case with Purolator. Unfortunately, they have to hold packages for 7 days before they can deliver it to a pickup location, so it's not very practical at all for my lifestyle WHen I called Purolator customer seto see what was going on with my delivery, I waited 20 minutes to speak to an agent. The agent told me the package would be held for 4 more days, before they can deliver it to Best Buy. Not only that, but in order to pick up the package, I will need to produce valid government ID that has the address of the resort I was staying at when I made the order, which I obviously will be unable to do. The customer service agent seemed to be delighted about this. It was as if making any effort to ensure that I can get my delivery is not in the mandate of this company. I'll definitely choose another company next time.

    Worst customer service anywhere. They didn’t have my unit number so instead of phoning me the shipped it back to Nanaimo and I live in courtenay where there is a pick up location then on the phone for 1.5 hrs and gave up …. Now they are delivering in 4 days from time it was suppose to be delivered
