Another horrible experience with "customer service" rep Christine at the canada post office. I come here often, and really like the service I receive generally. I know almost everyone by name and spend a small fortune each year shipping.
Today I was in a hurry and did not tape 4 labels to the boxes I was shipping. She was already upset because her computer wasn't working, and I was greeted by "do you have any tape!" I said no, but if I could use yours that would be helpful. Asking to use .25cents in tape is apparently a giant problem for Christine. So much so, she had to go get her manager Jen(who I like alot) to show her my extremely excessive tape use taping 4 labels on 4 small boxes. Anyhow, after throwing a huge fit about "how I should be buying tape and what if they let everyone use tape" she continued on under her breath while processing my order until I told her to just stop, at which point she walked off. The moment she walked away was the best part of our encounter today.
The last time i had Christine I was shipping to the states, like I usually do, and she was extremely annoyed that the scan codes on my phone don't scan for her( which they do for every other person that works there) and that she always has to enter them manually and it takes forever and backs up the line. I'm sorry Christine that you do not know how to use your scanning device but I suggest you learn and not blame the client for your inability to to do your job.

We shopped there yesterday. We are Airmiles collectors and discovered that their advertisements for bonus miles were different in the store from what was printed in the flyer. When we discovered this, we were treated rudely by the checkout person and her helper. Manager came and pointed out the 'fine print' which was not consistent and refunded our purchase rather than admit the discrepancy. She was however friendly and courteous unlike her employees. We will not be shopping there again.

We were late for our flu shot appointment, which put others behind. But the staff were very pleasant and sorted it out so we were able to get our shots. Kudos to kind, helpful people. We will certainly now take our business to Rexall in Comox. A grateful thank you to pharmacists and assistants.

Had a great experience with the pharmacy team when I needed some ear drops. I couldn’t find what I needed myself and asked the Pharmacist who asked me a few questions and showed me a product and explained how to use it. I need to remember that when in doubt, ask the Pharmacist!

The pharmacy and employees should reported. They offer no confidentiality and call out your prescriptions. Judgmental and rude. I moved next door to John's Independent where they go out of their way to be helpful, friendly and ethical.
