I got LG dish washer problem showing AE message two days ago, and I called several appliance maintenance company. Only Sheena at Ridgeline Appliance helped me. Today, Cody came to fix it Cody did a wonderful job, very quick and explained why the AE issue happened. I like his service, five stars no doubt!!

We discovered water leaking from our washing machine and called Ridgeline to see if they could send someone. The lady at the office was very pleasant and helpful and we were very surprised to get a same day service visit.
Cody arrived that afternoon and was a pleasure to deal with. He quickly diagnosed the problem and he had the part in his truck and was done in no time.
He then took time to answer questions we had about other appliance issues.
We were impressed with Cody’s customer service and knowledge and his cost was very reasonable. Cody is now our go to guy and we will recommend him to our friends and neighbours

Called about my older washing machine. They were up front that the cost to repair this issue would likely exceed the cost of buying a new one. Really appreciated their honesty and expertise.

Ridgeline appliance services gets 5 stars from me! I received a helpful reminder call the day before. Cody arrived exactly at the specified time and got right to work. He diagnosed and remedied the problem and put my dishwasher back together… all in about 35 minutes. Wonderful, prompt, polite, efficient. Excellent competitor to the local repair people who thought they had the market all tied up, and wanted us to wait two weeks for a technician. Cody… only a few days. 😊
