Stopped for a late lunch for the first time in about eight years (when we moved off island). Not much has changed. Still a cool, relaxed vibe set up for live entertainment. Service was great. The lasagna special was delicious and huge, as we managed to get more than two meals out of it. Seafood chowder had good flavor although it was heavier in potatoes than seafood, still a good meal. Relaxed atmosphere with a homegrown feel.

In 1979 we moved to Comox and started going to the Seaside Restaurant owned and operated as a Greek Restaurant(now Roy's) by Tony and Aida. We have many great memories so usually once a year drop in to Roy's and think about the past. We noticed a lot of people eating Pizza so decided to try the Royston Royal. OMG This is the BEST pizza in the Comox Valley. We are putting Roy's on our regular lunch itinerary and suggest you try this hidden gem. Be sure and order the Pizza

I ordered a lasagna and was shocked at how big it was when it came, I am sure I will get 3 meals out of it. Absolutely huge meals!! They had a great live band playing as well. Overall it was fantastic!

No complaints here. Yummy pizza with cheese going all the way out the edge creating an oil that cooks the crust so perfectly on the edge yum.
Friendly service. Beautiful patio.

A perfect local pub. Nothing special about the decor, but the service was friendly. I had a personal pizza. I don't eat pizza often, but I loved this pizza. SL had the burger, she said it had a good char, but it was a bit dry. Since we now live nearby, I'm know we will go back.
