Rob is our go-to resource around all computer related questions and concerns.The process of getting set up on my new computer was seamless and stress free with Rob's assistance. He guided me through my new computer purchase and once it arrived he remotely transferred everything from the old to the new. All was done with grace, humour and effectiveness. I had been having trouble with my internet connection for weeks, and was hesitant to find/trust someone to fix it.
Rob at RW Networks was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional in assisting me with my laptop problems. He was able to do it all remotely, so no travel necessary, and he had my laptop working as good as new. Thank you Rob :)
