Really friendly and knowledgeable staff who know the product really well. The store itself has a ton of variety which is great for someone who‘s an amateur stylist like myself. I will definitely be back :)

This location has improved greatly under the new management. A few years ago the service and stock and overall experience here was sub-par to bad. Now it's really good and they keep much better stock of products. The staff is more helpful and less unnecessarily pushy. I definitely spend more money here now that it's improved which is great for the company. The new manager(s) deserve some recognition for this dramatic change

Terrible customer service. The team recommends products, tells you that they can be returned if they don't work, but then will not refund your money. I was told to call their customer support line & they would be able to approve the refund on a product that doesn't work, I waited on hold for almost an hour to find out that they won't do the return. I have been a long time Sally's customer & after this experience, I will never shop there again. So disappointed with the service Sally's provided.

What a great atmosphere, I usually buy online because of negative experiences at other salon/shops, but I think I will definitely be shopping in store from now on. The person working was extremely helpful and welcoming, I left with a bag full of products for a great price!

Jada was so kind and helpful! I hadn’t been in a Sally’s in years and she answered all my questions and was just overall positive to interact with! Definitely will be back
