Scott was very tenacious! He sent us listings for Vancouver Island for almost a year when we didn't even know where we wanted to go. When we came to the Island to view houses he was professional, on time, and answered all of our questions. We ended up getting a very desirable house with a lot of interest in it because Scott knew how to guide us through the process. We would not hesitate to recommend him.

Scott cold call / knocked on my door as he heard/ understood that I was interested in listing my home for sale as i was in the process of building a new home.
We chatted and mutually decided to list my home In early April 2024….28 days later, Scott sold my home at full asking price!!!!
